MY WIFE AND I WERE IN NEED OF GETTING OUR SEPTIC FIELD RE-DONE, AND NOBODY WOULD EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED EXCEPT MASTERS. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE US A GOOD ESTIMATE THAT WE FELT COMFTORABLE WITH. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN WE CALLED AND EMAILED HIM TO SCHEDULE A START DATE, WE HAVE HAD THE HARDEST TIME GETTING ANYONE TO CALL US BACK OR LET US KNOW WHEN HE CAN START OR ANYTHING, ITS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH WITH NO REPLY FROM THEM. MY WIFE AND I HAVE TALKED ABOUT GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE BUT I'D RATHER USE MASTERS... HE REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS I'VE READ THE WORK HE DOES SEEMS TO BE GREAT! IF ANYONE FROM MASTERS READS THIS PLEASE CALL US BACK AND LET US KNOW WHATS GOING ON.

Bad Install never call again. This owner is a terrible business man he will tell you what you want to hear to get your business then give you shady work

They came out gave us the estimate got to work the next day done in a couple of hours no surprise or hidden charges. Excellent work . Call them you won't regret it. Thank you Jeff & Crew

Jeff was the guy that came out he was very knowledgeable and great customer service. He did great work. We had backed up toilets, showers and sinks. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. We have no more issues. This company was very affordable. You can tell they care about what they do and the people they do the work for. I would strongly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again. Thanks!

I randomly call Masters after finding them on a Google search and not knowing anyone who may help me.

Jeff responded to my Sunday morning (Valentine's Day) call within an hour and fixed my plugged main line. He has top notch equipment and did a professional job. His price is reasonable.

I will keep his card and always call him for any excavating or septic needs that may arise.

Kitchen sink backed up. Found this company on Google. He was here in less then an hour. $75 to snake the drain. Unfortunately the clog was behind the wall and below the floor to the basement. He caped off the old line and ran another. Parts and 5 hours of labor $280. We even left him alone in our house while we ran errands. Very trust worthy and honest. Another plumber wanted $350 to snake the line. And $800 to cap the line off and run another. ������������

What a great company! They stand by their commitments to quality and customer service!! Jeff and his team do the job right from the start all he way through. Had a clogged drain line in the house called a competitor first BIG MISTAKE was charge too much and they didn't even fix the problem. Master and Sons was referred to us by a friend and I wish we would have called them first from the start. Master and Sons arrived and went right to work investigating the problem going over the competitor's sub par work and going the extra step to show and explain to us the step by step actions that they were going to do to make it right and correct the problem. He even took it upon himself (Jeff) to contact the competitors manager to tell them about the sub par work performed by the tech and how he felt that we should be given a refund....WOW! That speaks volumes and should for anyone reading this review. Jeff knows his work and Master and Sons are just that "Masters" at what they do. THANK YOU Jeff as you now have a loyal customer as well as a word of mouth referral person here in Goodrich!

I had an emergency basement issue in relation to my sump line. Owner himself came and did not leave until I was all dried up!! Lifesaver! Provided complete repair and clean up. Other contractors tried to charge me three times the price. Very honest!!
