Ill start off by saying it was a really long day, getting my water heater out of my basement. Under warranty you cant replace the water heater without it actually being in physical presence at the store, i was not happy about that, that being said,..KEN in plumbing is that man. He made an already very trying day go smooth, and was more than helpful. Really cant say enough for the guy trully a blessing lowes has someone on staff like him. Big ups to colten in customer service as well, very pleasant and helpful. Ive never really cared for lowes but after dealing with these two gentlemen, ill be back time and time again. Especially for all my plumbing needs. Got any plumbing issues, go see KEN. THANKS KEN.
