I am changing my review i just received a call from the real manager and he sounded upset not with the review but with the work that was completed by his shop and wants to make it right so i will be taking my truck back so he can make it right he sounds like he really does care about his business and customers ill let everyone know the outcome..i gave 2 extra stars just for the phone call i might be adding more..

Why bother to make an appointment if you do not honor them!!! I had an appointment for a simple oil change was told it would be about 30 minutes and guess what 30 minutes later my car was in the same spot I parked it.It wasn't touched.Never again! I won't be back.Poor customer service!

I love this place! I always feel the guys at Tuffy are honest with me and I can trust their diagnosis and that I am getting a great repair price. Tom is always so friendly and informative that I feel assured my car will be taken care of; I never leave there worried:) They have gone out of their way for me on numerous occassions and I appreciate that. I tell all my family and friends to go there. If you are a woman who hates to take your car in for service because you feel like you are getting ripped off, then start taking your car here.The crew here is always respectful, never condescending, and always honest.

The mechanics go far and beyond todays expectations of conducting business in a professional manner by going out of their way to ensure that the customer is pleased. I admire the honesty portrayed when diagnosing my family's vehicles. They offer fair pricing and they are willing to work around YOUR schedule, also they are high quality workers.

My only consolation is that whenever something breaks, I know where to go to receive prompt, dependable service. The guys at Tuffy are the BEST!!!

Many thanks to Tom for allowing the 'for sale' sign to be put up on your board, and for letting others know the Oldsmobile van was for sale. We have appreciated many years of your 'honest' service on our vehicles. You have always given expert advice, and quality service. Thanks, Aaron, for spotting the problem with the rear main seal on our 2006 Buick Lucerne, and for telling us that it was a warranted item. We appreciate the honesty and it saved us several hundred dollars both times it was in for work, which is a great plus during these times. We told the lady who bought our van about your honesty and fair dealing. We always highly recommend your shop to others, and will continue coming there. Thanks to all, you guys are the best!

My experience at Tuffy was absolutely wonderful. I never felt that feeling of being taken advantage of with these guys. Usually you feel like auto mechanics are just trying to get your money, but the honesty of these guys, and their work, is something to brag about. The management was friendly, the technicians were smart and efficient, and my car hasn't had a problem since I took it there. I would recommend this Tuffy to all of my friends, family, and you too.

If you spend your hard earned money here, be prepared to spend more money elsewhere to fix their mess.



Strange noise coming from the front end??? Could be a ball joint, could be a tie rod, hell, it could be a spark plug. Your guess is as good as theirs.



On a good note, I learned a new trick... If you pull the break light switch, your battery will die without a trace.



A quick jumpstart and hundreds of dollars later I left their parking lot for the THIRD and FINAL time. Guess what... The noise is STILL there!



Parts changer at best! No real technician in sight!
