Refused to warranty a brand new part. Claimed they have installed many of these with no problems and that the item should not be defective. If you are sure it's not defective, then I just want to return it.... Instead, the rep talked down to me and acted like I did not know what I was talking about. Had big hopes for this company and wanted to support a local Michigan vendor. Will not be doing business in the future.

Had some work done by Chad MAR 14, 2012. It is so pleasantly different, as an auto garage customer, to be consulted and informed at the beginning, during and upon completion of a procedure. My satisfaction was clearly important. Afterward, on the way home (rush hour), I had some concerns that may or may not still need to be addressed. So, I called from I-696 and Orchard Lake, several miles from the shop. Chad was not only willing to stay late and wait for me to come back if I wanted, he also called and lm a while later asking if things were okay.
