3 kids--they were 4 or 5 at first visit and even my one twin with severe anxiety did great. Teaching them they can do it on their own without the parent right next to them is crucial and I'm certainly not going to go back with my kids to get their teeth cleaned. The staff doesn't "deter" you as the parent, they teach the kids they are capable of doing it on their own, otherwise, the kids will think the parents should hold their hand each visit. Once my nervous one was in the chair, she had a blast. Fast forward now at 13 and the girls almost 8, they all love gong to their appointments for both ortho and dental WITHOUT ELECTRONICS TO BABYSIT THEM like most places! The obnoxious comments don't reflect this place of business properly at all. In fact, the comments are inflammatory in my opinion. The staff is amazing, excellent with the kids. Happy cleanings!

These are the WORST dentists, Orthos EVER! Save your time and money. They are heartless and super rude. They only want your money. My son had X-rays and then a month later they wanted to give him more X-rays or the dds wouldn't treat his cavity. They won't let you in the room with your small child, either. The staff are like robots, trained to be as rude as the dentists. Luckily I found a wonderful Dentist and Ortho for my kids!!! Look around, be careful with these people. They made my son have his adult teeth pulled and I found out it was very unnecessary!

Horrible! Don't waste time or money. Sent for an emergency. They could squeeze me in 3 weeks later for 5 visits min. What? Called my local ER and Brightside Dentist, referred a specialist whom never meet before. He made a hole in his schedule and took care of my daughter in 40 minutes. So, grateful that his guy had compassion for my daughter and didn't want to soak me for every cent they can make.

My Son was deathly afraid of going to my Dentist, even though he went to all our cleanings since he was very little. My Dentist Dr Diloreto, suggested Dr Ralstrom. He said "there is no reason to traumatize a child." Dr Ralstrom his Daughter and staff are fantastic, and now my Son loves to go to the Dentist! By the way, his teeth are so prone to cavities that he usually gets them drilled. He still loves it. Very painless!

The dentists are great, as are the techs - so long as you are in the back with your child. They try to deter you, DO NOT let them. I cannot believe how heartless some people can be to a scared child who they separated from their parent.

Dr. Thanasas is a very thoughtful and kind orthodontist. During a difficult time when my daughter lost her retainer, he was able to help ease the financial burden for us. Thank you Dr. Ari!

My daughter has been a patient for 15 years. Dr. Jeff Daulton has been her dentist the entire time. He is a kind and caring person who has always given her his undivided attention. We will be sad when it is time to move on from a Pediatric to Adult Dentist. I would be remiss if I did'nt mention the front desk and all of the other employees who make that office run so smoothly. They are not only good at their jobs...they are friendly and professional as well! Theresa S.

I have found the dentist to be caring and devoted to their patients. Excellent staff!
