This place is not where you want to put any family member,it reeks of urine, The admiting staff

is a joke, most of the help could care less about the patient. The food if you can call it food is not fit for a dog, I had to bring my husband food as he could not eat what they served it was always cold and just awfull. Rate not even one star

We almost lost my dad January of 2012 during his stay at Clinton Aire. He had been in McLaren Macomb for a pacemaker, and was too weak to come home so we set him up with some rehab at Clinton Aire. He had a touch of dementia before he went in, but he completely lost his sanity while there, and he also promptly caught Norovirus, which is not exactly the fault of the staff, but the could have stopped admissions when they knew that it was going around. My sister went to visit him the morning after he was up all night vomiting and his arms were necrotic. They were completely blue up to his elbows. The staff didn't see a reason to get him to the hospital. Thankfully, my sister is a nurse and knew that he was in a dangerous state and called an ambulance while she was visiting. We would never recommend this nursing home to anyone. It was a terrible experience. I saw residents ignored, even when they were just asking for a tissue. I saw women urine soaked clothing that hadn't been changed after I walked out of a two hour visit with my dad. This place is just horrible.

Say Prays for my Mom tomorrow, She has to have heart surgery . Oh and THANK YOU Clinton-Aire Healthcare Center NOT! NOT! Oh she just has gas pains. If my Sister didn't go and take my Mom to the hospital those un-skilled liars would have done nothing!! She is severely DEHYDRATED, Kidneys are only at 40%. We have been on the staff for weeks about.THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING! I am so upset!!!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO Clinton-Aire Healthcare Center ! RATING -ZERO!!!!!!!!

The facility is OLD, the staff except for a select few are UNCARING, IRRESPONSIBLE, LACK KNOW HOW, and INCOMPETENT. The facility is not only old but it REEKS of urine, feces, SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB, ACTUALLY A LOT ARE NOT. I also found a 5000+ HIPAA VIOLATION in a public room where the residents eat. THEY DON'T FOLLOW ORDERS THAT THE PATIENTS ARE BROUGHT TO THE FACILITY WITH. THE NURSES WHERE WHITE COATS LIKE THEY ARE DRs and PRETEND TO ASSIST and CARE. If you care for you loved ones, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!

My mother was a patient at Clinton Aire, diagnosed with dementia pshycosis. She was supossed to be under careful watch, but she somehow managed to escape from this nursing home. She was wearing a moniter that an alarm was to sound if she left her room. Well the alarm went off, and no one bothered to check on her. She ended up wondering around in the neighborhood, 10:30 at night in the pouring rain, till she happened upon a Walgreens store, the police were called and took her back.

I thank god nothing happened to her, but I certainly would not recommend this nursing home to anyone!!!
