I ordered some coil springs a week ago and they told me they would call me when the came in, well a week later after no call I finally call to see if they were in and they couldn't find them. They eventually found them and I drove up to pick them up, and there was only one person in the store, the 2 other employees were outside and looked to be working on one of their personal vehicles. I go in a get my cool springs, holding a car seat with my 10 month old son and the guy just hands them to me, seeing me struggling and didn't even offer to help me take them to my car. Very rude! I will never go back to that store at 19 and Hayes ever again!!

Clean store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone !
