The employees at this company were very helpful and considerate of my residential needs with the septic tank on a Saturday afternoon. The tank cleaner was very professional and I commend his effort to do a great job. I am thankful to have this company in the area where I live. I would not hesitate recommending them to render services.

I wrote a check out for service in May and they didn't think enough of the customer-me!- but to wait and hold it until July 20th to cash it. I'm sorry, but I am not made of money. I called to check on the check and why it wasn't cashed a month after I wrote it and was given the run around. I don't understand! How can you conduct business that way? Not to mention the guy that drained the septic didnt cover the dirt back over everything, but I was not aware that he wouldn't be able to do it until after the draining was done. Very unprofessional and will not use nor recommend again.
