Excellent and attentive salesman (Brett) was very helpful in answering many questions I had, looking further into options I requested. I started with Brett in 2020. But, it took 2 years to complete my cottage so the last 6 months I had the help of Dave Grondin in sales. Dave was always accessible, either when I called or, if busy, returning my call in a reasonable time.When I changed one of the appliances from the initial order, they were very nice about the adjustment. Because of the time the build took, Shore held all my appliances for over a year. Dave was very knowledgeable and if he wasn't sure about an option or policy, he'd get the answer. When the appliances were installed, the service men were respectful of the property, thorough and very polite. Honestly, I cannot say enough about Shore TV and Appliance from their sales, to service to customer service. They had been recommended to me by several friends and I have and will continue to recommend them highly. Thank you to all of you who handled my account (especially Dave) from March 2020 to delivery in May 2022!!

Sorry for the inconvenience on 8/21/15 but I had to leave the store early do to a family emergency. Again we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration it may have caused.

Their website said they were open late on Thursdays. We arrived at 6:15 and parked in the rear. The backdoor was locked so we walked to the front which was also locked. No sign on the door or sign even showing store hours. Very

unprofessional. We won't be purchasing here because I shudder to think how they would handle a repair call.
