I hired Davis to install my new liner a few years ago. Because they didn't use stainless steel screws on the liner track and on the anchors to the concrete underlayment, everything rusted over the winter.

When I opened the pool this spring, the liner track and attachments had caved in. Everything had dropped into the water on 2 sides of the pool.

My wife has called Davis three times. They have not returned her calls.

I phoned Davis on Friday 5/19 and on Monday 5/22. Not even the basic courtesy of a reply.

Here's the worst part: We brought this to their attention last summer when it appeared that one side of the pool's track was pulling away from the wall. They stopped by to take a look - then never returned. Now the problem is worse.

Avoid Davis. They'll take your money, do a lousy job, and then leave you hanging.
