Great class with awesome people. Very friendly atmosphere. The kids class is fun my kids love it and I've taken a few self defense classes their as well.

OMG - I love this dojo! This isn't your typical kickboxing class - we were rolling on the mats, being attacked by big guys and learned so many realistic techniques. He really breaks it down so that even an idiot (like myself) can understand and learn from and he is so affordable! I totally recommend this place and have on many occasions.
