Well, I called to get an estimate, and, well, the attitude of this person was extremely rude. I gave him the general cities from where to where I needed the mobile home moved, and he was very rude about it. Most other movers just ask for a general city, however he rudely demanded to know exactly where. Once I told him by which highway, he continued to be rude and claimed that there were no mobile home parks in that area. He does not know my situation and should have simply given me a rough estimate. After I told him the size of the mobile home, he stated that he was not going to get involved with such a long mobile home (even though I've seen larger) and hung up with a "Damn." Nice. Even if he would have decided to have moved it zero charge, I would have declined because of his lack of good customer service. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
