Chase was awesome. Truck was at the end of gravel driveway and would not start. To load on truck Chase had to literally block both lanes of Dentville Rd. Not an easy task on two lane country road. Awesome job and got here very quick. Highly recommend if you need towing and prompt service. Thanks again to Chase for an awesome job!!!!!

Geico contacted this company to tow my disable vehicle. We were quoted 45 min. After 50+ min. I contacted the company and they said the driver was 5 min. away. Claiming the driver had to divert due to a wreck. During this time the driver told 3 lies! There was no wreck on the interstate. My husband had just passed thru there on his way to work. He broke down I brought him my car. After 10 min I contacted Geico to cancel the driver and contact a new company. The Geico service person said,"the driver says he is sitting at the light about to turn in." Lie!! The driver was no where in sight! The driver showed up 7 min later and c
ame off of 75 south. He told the person who answer the phone at Titan Towing that he had to go South Lee Hwy due to a wreck! I do not do business with liars! If I can't trust your word I can't trust you with my.property or knowing where I reside!!

I had a not so great experience. I called to have a key open from wrecker service and after i got off phone I was informed my key was on its way so I immediately called right back to Titan (3 minutes times frame) and was told it would be $50 for the call we said well we just called there is no way you have invested anytime? Come to our surprise we go back to are car after fun swimming we find car and the wrecker boxed in so we could not leave? We called them 3 minutes after to cancel. Then after we go out there the wrecker "Rick" advised we have to pay $110 just for the trip and if we did not pay in his words “I will tow your car NOW. We said what? We canceled and you came anyway. I felt like the reality show but in this case it was not a REPO or invalid parking we called them.

I was passing though Cleveland, on my way to Knoxville from Atlanta. I ran over something in the road and blew my tire. I called my motor club who told me that I was out of tow services, but they put me through to a local tow company called Titan Towing. They responded so fast! They got there within 20 minutes. They towed me to a local tire store so I could get my tire fixed and be on my way. I was worried that they would charge a ridiculous amount because I was from out of town and on the interstate as well. They were super reasonable! If I need service again when I am in Cleveland, I will call Titan Towing!!!

I have used Titan Towing for 4 years now, for business tows and my personal tows, Their drivers have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They're plenty of wrecker services in Cleveland, but I would never trust anyone the way I do Titan Towing. GREAT people!!

My Truck is worse off than it was before they worked on it. They brought me in by telling me I'd have a 1yr/12,000 mile warranty then after $1,425 my truck broke down 6 miles after pulling out of their shop. They got the truck back and then it broke down 30 miles later. 2 times in less than 50 miles it blew a spark plug due to them not installing them correctly and now they claim they have nothing to do with that issue. Until they changed the plugs this truck had never had this issue. Save yourself the time and Money , if your calling a Towing company or a Mechanic shop your already down on your luck and Don't need Crooks or a Dishonest business making things worse. Zero Stars if Available. I've filled a Complaint with the State and that doesn't get me anywhere I'll be contacting a Lawyer next , this needs to stop. Adam G

Great job! My car was in a pretty deep ditch on its side. These guys were very professional and got it out with out any damage.

Do not use this company !!! Will damage your vehicle, owners are very very rude, they will rip you off , scam artist!!!

Excellent lock out service! I called Titan Towing when another local wrecker service was unable to unlock my CRV. Moe came out and had me in my vehicle within 5 minutes! Titan Towing provided fast service. Way to go Moe!

Titan Towing to the rescue! Husband locked keys in his truck and Titan Towing was here in like 45 minutes on a Saturday! Super Great Friendly Serivce at a very reasonable rate, I will certainly be using their services again. Thank You Titan Towing!

They charge too much for local tows. The owners r rude,hateful,and inconsiderate they won't pay there employees I will never call them again and ill make sure no one I know will.
