He took my mower to replace a transmission. Called and asked me to order my own part from amazon due to him not having money for his business. Then when I told him I was coming to get my mower. He said he ordered it. Told me it was done after 3 weeks without even checking to make sure it worked. I get there to pick it up and it doesn’t work. So then he tells me it’s a bad pulley and he will go pick a new one up. He didn’t do that. Instead, Nathan Crow put a used, wrong size pulley and a worn out belt on it and said it was fixed. I picked it up, took it home and it mowed for about 5 minutes before the old pulley he put on broke. That’s the kind of work you can expect if you use Nathan Crow. Attached is the picture of the broken pulley. He asked me to bring it back for his guarantee but no thank you. I guess he guarantees all used parts he installs. I went to Vasey the next day to buy a new pulley and drive belt to install myself.
