We purchase two couches about two years ago and they are already falling apart. The quality of the fabric and structure of couches is very poor quality. We have a leather couch that was purchased over twenty years ago by another manufacture that is still in perfect shape. These couches are not even the primary couches we use everyday.

MANY CONTACT E-MAILS OVER 20, I AM A SERVICING AGENT TO REPAIR JACKSON/CATNAPPER IN OHIO FOR INFERIOR QUALITY ....FRAME IS MADE OF ASPENITE A SHEETING MATERIAL USED IN BUILD BARNS & PROMOTIONAL STRUCTURES...THEY SOLICITED ME TO DO THE REPAIR AND DID NOT "PAY" BRIAN CRAWFORD LIMA,OHIO SERVICE PROVIDED ON OCT.10,2015.....FILING B.B.B.
