This is one of the worst companies to work for. Very unorganized and bad at communication. The president/owner is VERY unprofessional and has very crazy rules. He punishes you by holding your earned funds until the next pay period, even for things that aren't your fault..like if your trainer tells you to do this and that and you follow directions and its wrong, he childishly holds your check. I laugh at his ATTEMPTS to punish. they want perfection, but the pay isn't worth all you do and put up with. They allot you a certain amount of time to go clean a place yet tell you to clean something extra like a parking lot but doesn't specify where or what not to do so then if you've already done it and were not instructed specifics, he is not willing to pay you for it..and if you were to put it on your time sheet, he would hold your check..pretty sad set of inhumane morals. I WOULD NOT recommend working for this company. He has no business owning a company. Very immoral and unprofessional.

This is BY FAR the worst "business" i have ever had to deal with in my entire life!!! Very rude and unproffessional and these people are crooks to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!

This is a disgraceful business in my opinion

This "business" < If that's what it's considered!..

........Has -THE- most corrupt and disturbing owner.



The man's business has the highest employee turn over rate in it's class!



The professionalism is at an all time low and the pay is $7.25.

When you are sent out a job you are allotted a specified amount of time to get the job done in which you were assigned, only to find it IMPOSSIBLE to satisfactorily complete the assignment in the time given.

• John Dow is assigned to drive to the local high school by the time specified on his work order. He reads any instructions given (if any) and notes that the order says that it will take 2 hours to complete the work.:



Only to find out that he was there a total of 6 HOURS.

When he writes down the actual time it took him to complete the work this business assigned to him... He is yelled at by the owner and operator of Commercial Building Services and told that he will not be paid for the 4 extra hours he worked to do what he was ordered to do.

***** please note that if John did not stay those 4 extra hours to complete the work, he would get reprimanded or terminated! *****



This is very hard work, everything about it and there is never just one "job" to do.

The money you are paid and the time spent away from your family and friends is not worth the work that the owner of Commercial Building Services has you do!



Any and all should be Leary about hiring this man to send random people out to clean their buildings.

This man is immoral and shows no character. He is completely disrespectful to his employees and in my opinion has no business running a business that caters to our children's schools!!!

COMMERCIAL BUILDING SERVICES IS A DISGRACE!
