Apartment building generally well maintained, but serious issues with structure and water heaters pull focus from general care of common areas and individual apartments. Organization reluctant to invest in outsourcing larger projects to professionals due to costs. Local management extremely irresponsible and unethical. Resident organization is weak and ineffective. Management ill-prepared for complexities of diverse population and needs of elderly adults.
