Great inventory for cake decorators and for making candy. I buy here often and though it usually has what I need, the customer service can be snotty. There is a wonderful woman who runs the cash register and she is very sweet, but the managers are rarely helpful and can make one feel as if just being in the store is a bother to them. Not just once, but on a frequent basis. They moved locations and were totally put out when I phoned from their old location asking where they had moved to actually saying they had already been there a few months already and I should know by now. Another time I asked if they expected to get fondant in within the next few weeks and she said nastily that it was impossible to know and seemed bothered I even asked, so I ordered online even though I didn't need it for awhile. 4 stars for the inventory - 5 if they could be nice selling it.
