South Hills is an excellent hardware store. The staff is extremely competent - there doesn't seem to be a question they can't answer. The place has everything, and the prices are comparable to any of the national home-improvement chain stores. Most importantly, the service is head and shoulders above, and miles removed from any of the large, mostly impersonal big-box stores. SHOP YOUR LOCAL MERCHANTS, FOLKS!
