A totally different tax prep experience from either using a typical CPA or going to a retail chain such as H&R Block. They asked me about dozen questions, all designed to uncover tax breaks. Originally my Federal return was $1,000, which I had calculated myself in Turbo Tax using the standard deduction. At the advice of a friend, instead of filing, I called Next Day and Renee delivered a surprising federal refund of $1,900! The cost was $175, which was certainly worth it. Also, she turned my $48 Ohio State Tax refund (according to my calculations) into a $152 refund. The process consisted of a (15) minute phone call, a (15) minute meeting when I brought in my tax paperwork and my taxes were filed the same day.
