Awful. Estimated that it would take 22 hours to fix my car, they kept it for 30 days. Called multiple times to find out what the status was, never received a call back until the very last day. Had to get updates from the rental company (a second outside party). Went after work finally to pick it up, waited another 40 minutes (while listening to an employee in the next room cursing and yelling about his paycheck this week vs last week) while they "washed" the car. Drove home and it sounds/feels worse than before the accident. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Great service. They were very professional and kind to my friends and I. They were also very prompt in getting my car fixed.

They are terrific at what they do, beyond professional! The people there are wonderful and extremely polite.
