Great law firm! My disability case was decided in my favor quickly. Marcia Margolius contacted me in writing and by phone call that the firm would not be charging me any fees! what a class act! I would highly recommend this firm for any legal matters you have in their area of expertise!

It took me a while to receive my Social Security Disability benefits. Margolius, Margolius, and Associates stuck with me the entire time. They fought for even though my court appearance. I file disability May 3rd 2006 I got my paper the next day saying that I was denied I went straight to margolius sign a bunch of papers they took my case immediately it did take three years and eight months before I got my money but it was well worth the wait because I had crucial medical evidence to prove to the judge and to the court that I was disabled I got 3.8 years of back pay thanks for your help thanks for winning my case I highly recommend them

I had no idea what I was doing when I first filed a disability claim with Social Security, so I contacted Margolius & Margolius & Associates. A very nice person explained to me that they could not assist me until my claim was turned down, and that I should immediately contact them when that happened, and they would handle it from there.

Of course, my claim was denied, and went straight from my mailbox to the computer and e-mailed this law firm. Within minutes a return e-mail informed me my message was received and an attorney would be in contact with me.

Three (3) weeks passed and no contact was made. No e-mail! No phone call! No snail mail! Nothing at all!

I then e-mailed Mr. Andrew Margolius, who I assumed was the "Man in Charge". He did return my message, said he was sorry for the mix up, but could his firm still assist me? Having wasted 3 weeks of my 60 day limit to appeal, I informed Mr. Margolius that, yes, I still wanted their help, and to please have an attorney call me.

Well, it is 10 days and once again I have heard nothing at all from this firm.

Seems to me if they were not interested in my case the very least they could have done was contact me and tell me to "buzz off" or something. Instead, I have gone through 4 plus weeks with a time sensitive issue only to be ignored and disrespected.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone who expects to be treated with compassion, decency or respect.
