I bought my first karaoke system (portable) YAY!!! only through the help of Nick who answered all the karaoke questions I threw at him. Nick is truly a professional and his technology savvy is an asset to his employer. As an "old-school" individual, I believe in young people like Nick, who really know their stuff and able to explain everything in the way I could relate. My naive technology go back in the 70's when cassette tapes were used for karaoke entertainment. Yea, many of you know that era, right? LOL When familiar and popular songs were sang along side with close family and friends to the strumming of ukulele and/or a guitar as our instruments. So you know, karaoke components and its terminology was pretty much a reach to me. I also want to mention that in my search, You Tube was a great influence to my decision especially when I came across the video presented by the owner, Chuck. His enthusiasm persuaded my judgement altogether. In a few days, my karaoke system will be delivered to our home (Las Vegas, NV). Of course, I have no reservation as Nick has assured me that he would be there for me every step of the way and that's a "Done-Deal" for me.

Was looking to upgrade my system and found the unit I was looking for used. I'm hesitant when buying used equipment but the guy Chuck was nice enough to test everything out in front of me, as well as update me on the newest features. Great company.
