Screw Joe! I worked for him in 2014 and only saw $60 come from him! The owner of the house I was working on with the rest of the crew we all got 100 bucks from him. Joe is a piece of trash. He'd make up excuses every week on why he couldn't pay and it got to the point where there was too much money on the table to just leave. He'd have the nerve to get mad at you if you were upset about not being able to feed yourself or put gas in your car to get to work. As the employer he should of been paying me to enable that. All he would do is bark orders, be on his phone, breathing heavy while smoking a cigarette. He never did work and got paid for someone else's hard work.

Google this jerk off. He bought a new Harley with the money he stole from clients and not paying workers. He's in the courts right now for it. Owes $400 and is hiding his racist intimidating 230 lb scared self. Want to find him just go to home depot. His home address is online

Don't use this guy. He has been convicted of taking deposits from customers and not doing the work. He did it to me.

I have worked for him before, he is a little unproffesional but he gets the job done and makes sure it is done right.

Joe is deff very unprofessional he does not pay his workers and deff needs medication I quit working for joe because I would work no lie 80 hours a week for 8 bucks an hour and would see 120 maybe a week I dislike this guy I don't reccomend anyone use his business or be employed by joe I think he's a drug addict also

I've used him for 2 projects at my home. The first project was exterior painting of the house and some tuck pointing on the foundation. My budget was very low and I basically needed the minimum done to pass the city's list of violations. He did a good job and got the job done on time. The biggest issue I had at that time was how unprofessional he was, especially with the racial slurs! This past month I needed more work done on my garage and since my budget was tight again, I called J. Fasino Renovations again. We agreed on a price which included hanging a garage door opener. Joe and his guys finished the work except for intalling the opener which needed to go in after the inpection due to how it has to be hung. More then a month later he hasn't been back because he tells me I'm not a priority and he did the job cheap and it'll get done when it gets done. Not acceptable. Part of this project was installing a man door, which he did. However, you can't open it more then 1/2 way because of how low he hung it! I had to have a friend remove the door, raise and reinstall it properly. The work is shotty and as I mentioned, not complete! I would not be using him for the other projects around the house and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
