This company does not honor it...

This company does not honor its 5 year warranty! My tub started to peel within the 5 year period (within 2 years), so I called to schedule an appointment. I've had to reschedule twice because apparently his paying jobs were took center stage while my concern was put on the back burner. Anyway, since the guy didn't show up or call for the 3rd scheduled appointment, I decided to write this review to tell everyone. I would have put 0 stars for this experience, but the option was not available.
