I am not a fan of baked goodies but I can't simply refuse the pizzas offered here. Fine dining experience for a very low price.

never order a hot dog the bread is all ways molded,,,,,,,,,pizza always cold and the service is the worst, this is the worst one ever in east cleveland,, manger spend more time looking for s... than they do working ,,,,,,,,,, a hot mess of workers i ever seen

FOOD IS GREAT SERVICE IS VERY BAD. LOL THE FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL THE SERVICE WILL MAKE YOU ALMOST NOT WANT TO COME BACK. I SUGGEST GOING IN THE DAY TIME THE AREA IS VERY ROUGH BUT AT NIGHT IT IS A REAL FRIGHT.

I have ordered from Happy's a few times and I was impressed at first. However, I finally ordered their ribs. I know meat and I know this particular time the ribs were spoiled. I took the food back and they would not give me a full refund or a courtesy card for the hassel. I will never return there again. Just because this particular Happy's is in a poor neighborhood, don't give them the right to serve us poor quality of food. To all who order from them, please check the food thoroughly.

I was first introduce to Hapyys by my children. One summer day they came into the house and said Mommy a pizza

truck just came down our street. They were giving out samples and menus. Later that day I go to work about 7 of my co-workers and my self where hungry , one asked any body know where we could send out @ I say I just got these menus today my kids said the samples where good. And we ordeded and have been returning customers since I even have it delivered to my front door. Happys is great!
