I would not recommend that anyone rent from this company. While some of their properties look ok on the outside, this company is not one that I would reccommend doing business with. They do not keep up their properties very well. The building I lived in smelled bad throughout, the heaters did not work well but made noise (like a rushing sound) and the windows, while newer, leaked pretty badly. They frequently shut off the water for repairs (several times a month the entire year I lived there) and for some reason, the fire alarms throughout the building were constantly going off -- even though there was never a fire -- we had to evacuate the building at 3 in the morning in our pjs. Also, if you do rent from these people inspite of all this -- read your lease contract very very carefully! They will try to force you to stay another year even if you give the required notice, so be prepared for that -- and you can forget about your deposit.

You won't get most of your security deposite back!
