in response to dbrown777 when a customer comes in and requests what he wants i do it and also check out the real problem dbrown777 had his car towed in to our shop as a no start requested we install his alternator that he purchased we did that and also charged his battery at no charge we then told him of about a broken belt tensioner that he needed and with that note disappointment became obvious on his face he then questioned if he really needed the alternator that he himself requested to be put on and he himself purchased we located a belt tensioner and installed at no extra cost and also gave him a print out of the other problems he had with his car but he was so upset with having to pay for a belt tensioner he did not take the time out to listen or read his repair order just bad mouth the business very badly and walked out then returned in 2 minitues and said the car is doing the same thing it was doing the question was asked does it not start he stated it starts but makes a noise we had noted on the reoair order he also had a starter that was going bad that was recently replaced at another shop then he stormed out cursing how bad the service was I understand car repairs are a very uncomfortable and disappointing feeling especially when u do not know what the problem is or how much it will cost and we here at gv heights try to make it as pleasant as possible and we understand we may not always be right but if wrong we have no problem admitting to it thanks for stopping in to give us this opportunity to serve u have a nice day
