This company's lack of professionalism made for a horrible experience.
The trip to the appointment featured the driver being late talking and giving misinformation on topics ranging from the East Cleveland community to Joel Olsteen. He was also profane, and made statements like,"he's tripping" when the owner called him. The vehicle was dirty and unkempt. Mr. Reid , the driver gave me a number to call him when the appointment was over.
On the return we waited over 45 minutes, with the driver, Mr. Reid first assuring us he was 'on his way', then telling us that the new driver was 'having trouble finding us', and giving instructions to phone the new driver. Many, many calls brought no results. When the new driver(who turned out to be the company owner)arrived.he made no apology, but instead gave a whole list of excuses with things we needed to understand about transport, like you should expect a 45-60 minute wait. This was never stated to me when i hired the company. He stated he couldn't answer calls because he left his phone at home. He continued to be rude and unapologetic, never taking responsibility for his actions.to the point of saying that people have to wait 2 hours for transportation.
When we finally arrived home., we could not get my husband's wheelchair out of the vehicle! The ramp would not let down. We wasted another 30 minutes while the driver tried to fix the ramp. At one point I thought I we would have get help to get my husband out of the vehicle.He even had the nerve to ask us to help, as he tinkered with the ramp. He still never apologized, saying that people praise them.
This company is unprofessional in every way, operates unsafe vehicles and is disrespectful of customers. Beware!
