Make sure you all do background checks. This Gary Danolfo is a registered sx offender. If I would have known that I would have neve hired him or let him anywhere near my house. I really don't think there is anything lower in life than a sx offender.



I hired Danolfo to re wire an old Colonial Home in Cleveland Hts . He destroyed my plaster walls. It looked like someone went into the home with a hammer and just started smashing the walls. It looked like he had never re-wired a home because there were places he smashed with a hammer that didn't even have wire run. He drilled into copper plumbing, never posted the permits, never gave me the permits. I fired him because of what he did to the walls and tried to resolve the issue by foregoing the last payment but instead of working it out he sent me an afadavit for a mechanics lien. The damage he caused and the completion of the work he did not complete prior to my firing him will cost about $4600 to $5000 (conservatively).
