Horrible service. Took time off work to get my car picked up and no one showed. When I called back to reschedule, the rep was so rude, said he didn't want my business anymore, and hung up on me. How are they in business?

Bonnie answered my cal and gave me a fair price for my junk car. I had not scrapped a car before. They paid me cash and included free towing, which was great. They were more professional than I was expecting an auto scrap company to be.

Best place to scrap in Cleveland. They answer the phone, give you a price, pickup the car quickly and don't change the price on you when they arrive. Good Overall

Called Cash 4 Cars Cleveland on a Sunday and they responded with a fair price for my son's car. The tow driver picked up the title and the car within an hour and was helpful in removing his stereo for him (which he wanted to keep). Bonnie (owner) seemed very professional.

They picked up my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero and paid me $230 cash. The car was not running, yet price seemed too low. They were pretty quick and professional overall.

Worked with them towing cars for scrap in the past. Good guys and pickup 7 days per week.
