You guys helped me and my best friend both get cars and we cant thank you guys enough! I recommend Byright to EVERYONE! Everyone was so nice, hard working and helped me get approved, everywhere else I went wouldn't approve me so I am so blessed that Byright saved my life by giving me a really nice vehicle so I can get to work and take my kids everywhere they need to be. Thank you Byright! And thank you Tommy, Shawn and Lindy for making my life so much better and making me feel at home while going through my car buying process with me. :-) You guys are the BEST in Cleveland!!!!!!!!

I got a beautiful BMW from this place! It runs great and they got me great finance terms. Everyone was very professional

When I purchased my vehicle they included in the contract a guarantee that it would pass e-check...however, it has failed 3 times. When I tried to contact Tommy to resolve this issue all I got was run around. First he asked me to get it checked out and have the shop send him an itemized list of what was wrong.. I did this and contacted Tommy for the next step. Tommy laughed and told me I would have to go through his own mechanic which I was willing to do but he refused to provide me with his mechanics phone number, stating that they only work with dealers. At this point Tommy wont even speak with me he called me several names and repeatedly hung up on me. I am completely shocked and dumbfounded that the OWNER of an establishment would behave this way. HE should have not made any guarantees he was not willing to live up to. I have since contacted a lawyer specializing in lemon laws since this dealership did not follow the FTC Used Motor Vehicle Trade Regulation Rule, also misrepresented the vehicle and broke the contract which he wrote.Tommy's dealership is aimed at families with low income and/or bad credit because he assumes low income equals low IQ.... I'm about to show him how wrong he is.

Worst place ever! They keep a nice few cars with low miles and try to reel you in. Then tell you that youve been approved. Wait till you put your money down and wait till you come back to get the car to say your loan amount changed But we have some cars in your range, which are a high milage piece of crap!

I love my car I bought from Byright. Everyone was friendly and I had a good time while I was there.

This place sales some lemons!!!! I do not recommend them at all!!! Stay clear of this place!!!!!!

LET ME FIRST START BY SAYING THE ONE STAR RATING IS ONE STAR TOO MANY BUT IT DOES NOT ALLOW A NO STAR RATING....THIS PLACE OVER PRICES ALL THEIR CARS THEN PROMISES TO FIXES PROBLEM AND GIVES YOU THE CONSTANT RUN AROUND! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT WHEN OUR CAR WOULD BE READY AND WHY IT WASN'T READY WHEN WE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THE SALES MEN WOULD GET DOWN RIGHT RUDE! THE ONLY NICE ONE THERE WAS THE RECEPTIONIST!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM A FRIEND OF MINE PURCHASED A CAR THE SAME DAY AS WE DID AND WE ARE BOTH NOW HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM!! HAD I KNOWN THE WAY THEY HANDLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN A CAR FROM THEM!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!
