Called ahead and asked if they service Bissell Products. I was told yes & then given the hours by a man named "Brian" over the phone. I drove from another city to have my product serviced here because the online reviews & comments about the business were "excellent"! When I arrived at the shop long before the hours I was told he would be there, he was gone for the day. So another man, running the counter area, told me Brian would call me in the morning to let me know what was wrong & an estimate. I NEVER received a call. I gave him ALL DAY, and still NO CALL! I called the following day, and once again was told by the same man that Brian would return my call later in the day. Needless to say, customer service IS AWFUL at this shop! After 2 wks. & being told it would be ready & driving all the way there, IT WASN'T!! NO APOLOGY! He said they needed more time because they couldn't figure out why it didn't work!! I said, "take your parts & give me the machine"! STAY AWAY!

Wow Great Service!!!! The guy who was working took my vacuum apart in front of me and showed me everything that was wrong. He gave me options to choose from and was not a pushy salesman. I was also very impressed when he came out to the car and grabbed my machine from me. I would stay that the customer service is by far the best if have seen in any industry. Will Definitely Recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work.
