I needed a book for the first week of school, to use until my amazon book arrived. I went to this business and we agreed to my renting the book for a week for $10. At the end of the semester, I was charged for the entire book price. I figured there was an error and went to discuss it. I was told there was no record of the book being returned, so I could only get a partial refund. Bad business here.
