Buyer BEWARE!!! Cleveland Flower Shop will rip you off!! I ordered sympathy flowers for my mother's funeral service from this company and I DID NOT get anything close to what I paid for. The arrangement style wasn't anything close to what I paid for and I got about $50.00 worth of flowers for about $210.00. The arrangment was so ugly I took the card with my name and my sister's name off of it because I would have been mortified if anyone knew it was from us. There were other flower arrangements sent from various flower shops in the area that cost way less than what I paid, and they were beautiful and loaded with beautiful flowers. I wish I could post pictures of what I paid for and what I actually got. A talk with the manager did absolutely no good whatsoever. She actually told me that the flowers had nothing to do with me. I paid for them!!!! Guys, buy your floral arrangements elsewhere. I sure wish I did!!
