Was going to use North Georgia Pond Doc to clean and get our pool going gave him (Greg) $ 2800.00 for a liner on the 24th of April he told me his crew would be here the following week to clean out my pool (pool had been sitting for over a year) well that week came and no phone call no contact. He told me that it would take 2 weeks to get the liner in so I thought he would send out a crew the following week which was 05/08/2020 nope no contact that week either. Well, I had my husband call him on the 8th to see what was going on. He told my husband that he would have a crew here today. Well, guess what no crew and no contact. I emailed him and told him due to no communication that I no longer wanted North Roger Pond to do my pool. He said he had ordered the liner and I was responsible for it. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me no. It is pretty bad when you have to hire a lawyer for a job that a company promised to do but chose not to follow up with there customer. Do not do business with this company for anything you will regret it.
