We purchased a house in the mountains in February this year. We were referred to Keene & Keene in Cleveland to do our closing. I was extremely impressed with the service we received. The house we were buying had issues. The Keene's offered many suggestions and crucial documents to assist us in getting into contract and closed. All emails were answered quickly even at 10 pm in the evening! If I email them a question - they research and make phone calls for me with an answer within 24 hours. We will use them again and enthusiastically recommend them for any legal needs.
