Let me start by saying I am 36 years old and terrified of the dentist. That all changed after my experience at South Lake Dental. The level of professionalism is top notch. I felt like I was in charge if I needed a break I simply raised my hand. I can tell you everyone in this office treats you like a friend it did not feel like a transaction at all. I can't Thank them enough.

I am a retired Dental Hygienist from Canada that now vacations in Davenport 6 months a year .I have had Dr. Carla take care of my dental needs, she is very professional and does excellent dentistry, I would highly recommend her. I even have my routine exams and maintenance done by her. Her staff is friendly and dedicated to their employer. Very satisfied client.

My entire family has been using this dentist for over 2 years now. Dr Talevera always takes the time to explain every procedure and really seems to care about her patients. I could not ask for a better dentist.

After taking full x-rays, Dr Carla rebuilt my broken tooth, totally painlessly and costing no more than for similar private treatment in the UK. I honestly didn't feel a thing and I liked the way she was open about what further treatment would be necessary and left me to chose what would be done there and then. I've even got all the x-rays to take back.
