Some of the best people in this business! Truly wouldn't trust anyone over them. Some of the most honest and nice people I know. They are a family-run operation with years and years of knowledge in the business. Go someplace you aren't just treated as a number. This place is nothing short of professional and they go above and beyond for their customers!

Horrible Business!!My parent's purchased my son's show swine from the Hernando County Fair and chose to have them process the meat. My son's swine weighed 265lbs.When they finally got the meat they received less than half of the meat they should have gotten for that size hog. After speaking with Steve Osteen, my father was told he was going to check into it and make it right. Over a month later still no phone call. After numerous phone calls and emails, my mom finally got ahold of Steve after having to use several different phone numbers to get him to answer the phone. At which point she was told they were going to do nothing and on top of that he even took it to the point of saying she should let my dad run the household decisions. So he is also a complete chauvinist Jerk! I just hope he isn't doing this to other buyers, because all it is going to do is hurt the kids who put their hearts and souls into these projects. If buyers are getting ripped off they will not come back!!
