I was treated with professionalism and great customer service. This is important to me as so many places lack these qualities. I was given an upgrade which was great! The guys behind the counter were very friendly, seemed like everyone was working to make it a good experience for me. I had to come back because my phone charger didn't work, the manager was gracious enough to come out and put in his charger (I think) which worked just fine. Thanks fellas for the great experience to start my birthday weekend getaway!!!!!
