Took my computer in for a Virus Removal, Very good customer service, explained everything to me in terms I could understand and promptly finished it same day. Highly recommended

worst computer place ever took my ps3 to be fixed it's been 3 weeks now still is not fixed they keep saying they waiting on a back ordered part they don't even apologize or call you to let you know what's going on

This is a one man shop. The guy is completely irresponsible and always late. He has hours posted on his door that are a complete joke. He doesn't follow them. People stand outside his door and wait for him to pick up their computers. They often have to come back repeatedly for several days to "catch" him actually in his shop. Very very poor customer service. He doesn't return phone calls either. Same thing with the phone, you have to "catch" him at his shop to answer the phone. I honestly have never seen such poor customer service in my life. It's just not worth it. There are so many other people in this business who are professional, better at fixing their computers, and cheaper. Time is money to everyone. Why should I waste my time repeatedly standing outside this guy's door for hours on end waiting for him to finally show up? And I did that three days in one week! Totally ridiculous behavior. I am willing to bet he won't be in business very much longer.
