Nice product, terrible service. Bought a monogrammed bracelet for my niece, but I got the order of the letters wrong. My bad. Called 3 times and emailed 4 times to see if it could be repaired. NO RESPONSE. I'd have been OK if they said it couldn't be changed and would have bought another to replace, but not after this. Stay away if you expect any after the sale help.
