Provided by YP.comMy daughter saw Dr Kizer in April and was told since she has anxiety she needed to be sedated for a filling and that his next available surgery time for medicaid patients wasn't until August. So, he administered a substance on her tooth to stop the decay from progressing. He asked me to bring her in for 2nd application on May 4th for 2nd application& he said see you in August. I called them 5/16 to see if they had scheduled her. Jennifer, said that there isn't any avail. spots until September 29th.
