Provided by YP.comWell to start off I spend over an hour on the phone getting transfered and transferred and transferred a total of 56 time each and every person I attempted to talk to blew me off every time I tried speaking so I drive to the store same disrespectful lazy and smart mouth employees and manager would give us any help when asked the we're all "busy" in the sense the couldn't keep there cell phones out of their hands for three seconds to say more then "I'm busy" to even try and help us so I drive the short distance to Lowe's within 5 minutes of being there I have two employees and a manager helping us after an hour an a half in store I drive away with my $14598.56 worth of being delivered later this week home Depot has forever lost my respect and business and Lowe's has earned it
