she repacked my lift cylinder and straightened my rod now it works like it should....gave me several options on some of my other equiptment to help save me money rather than just putting band aides on crap.

Called them to fix a leak on my hydraulic winch. After the 2nd time they tried to fix it, it was still leaking. Then on the 3rd try they overtightened a bolt on my winch and cracked the bolt hole and said it was "a weak spot"! They charged me $398 to ruin my winch. I finally got her to agree to pay half of the labor. It took more than a month and finally the threat of small claims court to get my money. Everyone keep looking, don't stop here.
