I ordered a dozen donuts for my family and found a green hairy substance on the bottom. Thankfully I got this before my toddler ate it. I return the uneatten dozens back to them and asked for a refund. When I showed them my findings they laughed at me and said it was a particular from a wet soapy sponge and not mold. It resembles mold and I have a photo to prove it. The staff was rude and talked about me as though I wasn't there. When I asked for a manager he allowed his staff to carry on. I contacted the health department because I'm not sure they can account for all the places that sponge went before it found it's way into my food. Staff was rude and place unsanitary.
