Provided by YP.comI used Helton Ingram Septic last week, during all the heavy rains, in an attempt to get my home back up and flushing. They were the ONLY company that came out, DURING the downpour, and did what was necessary to get me back up and working. Me and my family cannot thank you guys enough for your fast and friendly service.

Dawn the Office Manager who also WEARS THE PANTS in the company cant seem to get information from her Techs or her husband to make the necessary notes on your account to insure your renter does not authorize work to be done. I was charged $20 for 3 minutes of thier time and they were ALREADY ON THE PROPERTY doing an inspection! When you complain, it becomes YOUR fault for NOT TALKING TO HER DIRECTLY because she WEARS THE PANTS and SHE was not told. Guess telling her Tech twice and her husband once, is not good enough in her eyes. PLEASE go ANYWHERE ELSE for your needs. Contact me I will give you all the details!!
Once again Helton Ingram Septic is very sorry for the inconvenience we have caused this customer. We quickly refunded all of the customers money as we would never charge for work that anyone feels is unsatisfactory. We have used the mistakes made here to better our company and work ethics so that this never happens again.
