Obviously nothing has changed, called left messages, still have not received a call back, had to cancell a procedure due to a cold need to reschedule and can't seem to do to so, they put on medication that states to not abruptly stop taking and you can't get them to give you a call back to refill, terrible patient care !!

There is a lack of commuincation. The office doesn't return calls and can't work effectively with Savon Pharmacies.

I called with some advancing sysmptoms and asked what I should do, The office (assume the Nurse) said she would talk with the Dr....they never called back

I went through the refill process as instructed. It has been 31/2 days and I'm still waiting for a refill. The office says they didn't receive the request and the pharmacy says they sent the request...not the first time this has happened!

Dr .Phillips has a great bedside manner and seems to be an effective Pain Mgmt. Professional. I believe he would not want his customers treated this way. If he knew what was happening I think/hope he would fix the problem.

If I was not afar along as I am in resolving my pain issues I would go to another Clinic.

Since this review (above) the office staff and communication with me has improved 100%...Thanks for listening to your customer!
