THEY HAVEN'T MOWED OUR LAWN IN WEEKS!!! Didn't they pay the bill? This is unbelievable. We Love Our Residents? Check out the photos... It is part of our monthly lot rent!!! Get with it Lakeshore Management.

It used to be a nice place to live. Now that it is run by Lakeshore Management, rules, rules, rules. Rent increased $20 this year. We now have water meters, and have to pay for water and sewage! The community manager is NEVER in the office. Don't move here, there are many people selling to get out of here. Lawn maintenance is terrible. They don't blow out your driveway. They killed many beautiful trees. And, they do drive arounds, so if you have weeds, you will get written up, even though the Horseshoe Pits they advertise, are just that, the pits. Many places are up for sale, thanks to the New Management, that their sign says: We Love Our Residents, BS

2 1/2 yrs. With Lakeshore ownership and Community has never been more divided.Raise rent,plus pass thru charges,Pay more,get nothing but harassment!Management,what?????
All we are are$$$
Took away ammenities and go around like Nazi's and write us up.
3 weeks without lawn mowed!
Never met owner's.All they want is money and your home,probably selling land soon and we get nothing!
DON'T MOVE HERE,BIG MISTAKE!
We are contacting 8 on your side!
Community room is filthy,these ladies do zero cleaning and are pigs!
Board of Health needs to be notified.
Only the old people get the weekends
