Tropical home and garden added to an existing zone and did an awesome job .they came at the time they said they would be there. always dependable. Have been a customer for a few years now. Never disappointed. I highly recommend them. And the office staff, are always nice and professional. Will be calling them again , for future services.

Problem started with a bad zone. Tech left and another problem showed up. Had to replace the line from controller to pump. Then the zones became erratic and came on sometimes and sometimes not. A complaint about the workmanship got me a "it's not us". Fine. They couldn't intelligently explain why the system was failing to work properly. Maybe they're just not up to the job? I give them a 3 for knowing how to screw in a sprinkler head and lay a cable. Otherwise, why call if they don't know more than you?

Looking at their web site, this company seems to offer an array of disparate services. I used their irragation services. From initial contact to job completion I found them very professional, prompt and true to their word. Pricing was very competitive. I have no problem giving them a five star rating.

Tropical Home & Garden repaired my system. I had a zone out and the tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. Great service and I would recommend them.

Do not use these people. They are unreliable and the kid who showed up was useless. I had to hire another company.
